Required documents:

1. Death Certificate in case of member passed away
2. Marriage certificate in case of married
3. Adoption certificate in case of child adopted by someone.
4. document for other reasons.

Please provide proof for reason for removing member and current address proof like Gas bill is good.

Approval will take 2 to 5 working days, post that officer will approve your request. your information will be updated into database. but you will not get updated ration card, for that you have to click "Reprint Smart card" at tnpds home page and get updated new smart card.
