Blues guitarist Ronnie Baker Brooks, son of Lonnie Brooks, makes a
surprise visit to the Odyssey Lounge East. These songs are the
real Chicago Blues at its best!

This club used to be owned by Koko Taylor. Ronnie played there
regularly when he was starting out as a Bluesman. As with many
Bluesmen, Ronnie stays loyal to his roots with guest appearances.

Ronnie plays three of his standards on this live recording:
Let Me Love You Baby, Stuck on Stupid, Take Me Witcha

In Stuck on Stupid, Ronnie walks right up to the camera and plays.
But, the best part of these videos occurs in Take Me Witcha.
Ronnie pretends to be Buddy Guy and his Dad, Lonnie Brooks.
He captures the styles of these two great Bluesmen perfectly.
