In this video, I share the secret steps we use to teach all of our new adults how to swim!

We cover 3 relaxation exercises. Diaphragmatic breathing or belly breathing. Box breathing. And Progressive Muscle Relaxation.

We then teach the self check in process. This dictates when you progress to a new skill. And finally we teach the S.T.O.P. process which helps you continue relaxing if you are uncomfortable in the water.

When we combine ALL of these tools... learning is inevitable.
