i) 10+2 with Science or its equivalent; and ii) Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy from an Institute recognized by the

Government and registered with Pharmacy Council under Pharmacy

Act, 1948 with valid registration.

i) 10+2 with science or its equivalent; and

ii) Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) or BSc. (Lab Technology) from an Institute recognized by the Government.

i) 10+2 or its equivalent; and ii) Diploma/Degree in Dialysis technology from an Institute

recognized by the Government. i) 10+2 or its equivalent; and

ii) Diploma/Degree in Optometry from an Institute recognized by the Government.
