Life Coaching is a team effort. My clients will tell you that my coaching style is not a "one-hour weekly session" (ask me if I look at a clock during my sessions). It's a JOURNEY! It's behind-the-scenes where the transformation happens - BETWEEN sessions - it's the effort on the part of both the coach and the client to do the work for successful results.
I am a results-driven coach; passionate about seeing positive, sustainable habit changes that change the lives of young people.
I want young people to thrive and be confident and happy!
