30-40 g icing sugar 糖粉
1 egg yolk 蛋黄
120 g (1.2 cup) cake flour 低筋面粉
pinch of salt 一点点盐
2 black tea bags 红茶包
Preheat the oven to 345°F/175°C in advance, and bake at the middle rack for about 15-18 minutes.
