A playful form of Hatha Vinyasa Flow. This style merges two popular forms of modern yoga and doesn’t take itself too seriously!

Hatha yoga, usually involves holding still poses for several breaths. An opportunity to refine alignment, engage muscles and find your edge - building strength and flexibility.
 
Vinyasa yoga, is more dynamic and focuses on moving the body in time with the breath. Build up a sweat, and loose yourself in the meditative flow as you move from one posture to the next.

This yoga class is focused on building the strength and technique to allow anybody to access Crow pose.

This yoga class is focused on core, shoulder and arm strength. We will be building up Crow Pose step by step, so you can take your time on the set up and look at the technique in detail. Options will be given for all levels 😇 so if Crow sounds scary, please don’t panic, this is the perfect way to start. And if you are a Crow pro 💁🏻 you will have plenty of time to work on variations.
