OpenStack on Autopilot with K8s and ArgoCD (English)

This presentation was provided at OpenInfra Day France 2024

We all know how challenging it can be to operate and scale an OpenStack cloud. Now imagine you are required to operate 20 productive OpenStack clouds and add 1-2 installations every month. There is no way of surviving it without hardcore automation.

In this talk, we introduce Cloudification's c12n.cloud, and demonstrate how it empowers small teams to remotely install and manage tens of containerized OpenStack clouds with full GitOps automation.

We will talk about the pros and cons, challenges and learnings we gathered over the years of running OpenStack on Kubernetes.
