How to make plant-based bacon! King Oyster Mushroom BTL

This is how I get down when it is National BLT day! This is the first time I have made this raw by not cooking the mushrooms and instead I soaked it in a flavorful marinade and dehydrated it slow. After dehydrating I coated the mushrooms with a spicy maple glaze. I made a BLT with lettuce, tomatoes, hempseed ranch, avocados and this delisous mushroom bacon!

What was one of the hardest foods for you to let go on your journey? Mine was cheese and bacon.
