Home service operators lose hundreds to thousands of dollars per day from unanswered calls, missed bookings, and inconsistent follow-up. Existing tools stop at scheduling—they don’t handle real customer conversations, objections, reviews, or post-service engagement. This venture’s AI Call Agent answers every call, books jobs seamlessly, handles objections in real time, and automatically follows up after each service.

This is a pure execution problem.

The Role: Founding CEO
As Founding CEO, you will:
Win early customers through pilots, pricing strategy, and validation of retention and expansion.
Partner with FutureSight’s product and engineering pod to launch V1.
Hire the founding team and establish the company’s culture.
Lead the seed round, starting with FutureSight’s initial investment.
