Description:
Commander, we know you have your heart set on seeing the beach of Waikiki, but the situation on the mainland has taken a turn for the worse with two significant setbacks. First, Vladimir managed to escape captivity in northern Canada, and we anticipate he will make a beeline for the largest Soviet stronghold in the country, St. Louis, seeking refuge as we maintain control over Alaska and Panama. Second, there was a devastating strike on our Massivesoft-Steinstech joint research facility in Arnhem. The Soviets suddenly appeared with a massive force, decimating the base along with all technology related to our Beacon sensors and a unique "persuasion" system on a chrono-based recovery system, before vanishing without a trace.

As a result, the importance of St. Louis has doubled. Both our own and European attempts to retake the city have failed miserably, with an entire armored battalion forced to withdraw out of fear of being mind-controlled. The Soviets have converted our old MCV assembly plant into a fortress and are utilizing our Gap-based jamming systems to fortify it, resulting in significant losses of both forces and technology. Recognizing that we cannot continue to throw bodies at this problem, Special Agent Tanya will need to infiltrate the city, locate, and manually destroy the Psychic Beacon. Only then can we retake the city by brute force.

Objective 1: Find and destroy the Psychic Beacon.
Objective 2: Destroy all Soviet presence in St. Louis.

Note: Tanya must stay in action until the Psychic Beacon is destroyed.
