Carlin Isles is one of my favorite rugby player and is the FASTEST rugby player in the world. Not only is he the fastest in rugby but is faster than a lot of other sports stars in other sports to. He even has ran faster than usian bolt by .22 seconds.

Carlin Isles (born November 21, 1989) is an American rugby union and rugby sevens player who is currently under contract with the USA sevens team. Recently, Isles was under contract with Glasgow Warriors of the Pro12.
Isles currently plays rugby for the United States national sevens rugby team. Isles had been touted as the fastest rugby player in the world. During a workout with the Detroit Lions Isles ran a time of 4.22 seconds in the 40-yard dash, the fastest time recorded that year.
