2:00 Add a block token for each non-arrival.
2:30 blockers leave the deck to slot after handing in.
3:00 after deck is freed, draw releases all blockers.
3:30 frees slots and fill up again.
The idea behind the blocker is that it does not give you a new quest. 1 blocker = 2 quests needed to be handed in. So the blockers first need to be placed in the empty slots. The quest deck being free again is the trigger to get quests again.

5:00 only add Favored, stats, and Racial ability, not FR.
5:30 focus is on learning the role's masteries.
5:55 No Construct in VotDK (for mixing with FoA).
