Barbie is busy working on new garments in her Fashion Studio and Barbie's sister Chelsea is bored. First she "improves" Barbie's sketches, then she wants to cut Barbie's fabric and she tries on Barbie's expensive fashion design dress, and at last she delete Barbie's styles from computer. Barbie has enough of Chelsea damaging her effort, so she calls Ken. Ken picks up Chelsea ant takes her to a carnival. Soon after Chelsea leaves, Barbie has a customer. It is Megan. She has broken leg, but needs to look fancy for a charity event. That is perfect challenge for Barbie. They try few dresses and pick the perfect one for Megan. Barbie also gives her high heel sandals to match the dress. Megan is worried that no one would notice the beautiful dress and shoes when she is sitting in a wheelchair. Barbie gives her coaches. Now Megan is ready for the occasion! She is stunning in the new fancy evening dress and gorgeous shoes.
Chelsea and Ken are having lots of fun at the fair with their friends.
