Downgrading an Apple Tv 1st Gen with SSH

This is a full downgrade using SSH to "Upgrade" the AppleTv to 1.0. No need to find and download the OS 1.0 DMG it already has been renamed for you in the upgrade pack.
Some requirements are:
Fresh install of TVos 2.3.1
Mac os Mountain Lion or newer(For the version of Cyber Duck included).
But ATV can go low as Snow Leopard just need to find an older version of Cyber-Duck.
USB Drive
WARNING!!!
Make sure once you get on 1.0 you do not update since it will put you back on 3 and if you factory restore it will put you back on 2.3.1
Also when it says Upgrade later or Now, Stay on that screen if you press Upgrade later the update folder goes away and will prompt you to reinstall it.
