This course will give each participant a professional foundation within technical document control, and will focus on relevant practical issues
Will cover numbering, registration, distribution and auditing follow-up for various types of document types of documents through the different phases of projects up to and including final documents.

Roqaya’s work experience consists of 1 year of accountancy, 4 years of administration work, 15 years of document control work, and 8 years of course work, teaching, and research for documentation career.
Roqaya has B.S. degrees from Ain Shams University accounting department, diploma in Total Quality Management from Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality (EOS), Diploma in Advanced Communication Skills from international Academy for Training & consulting, Diploma in the Art and Science of Neuro Linguistic Programming from international NLP association (INLPTA), Diploma in Project Management Professional from University of Cairo, and an Auditor / lead auditor certified by The Chartered Quality Institute (CQI-IRCA).
