Ingredients used as follows:-

Alu wadi | Alu Vadi | Gujarati Patra -
1 - Arbi Leaves (Alu wadi ke Patte) - 18 leaves (all sizes)
2 - Tamarind Pulp (Bhigoya hui imli) - 3 to 4 Tablespoons.
3 - Red Mix Masala (Gharka masala) - 3 Tablespoons.
4 - Turmeric (Haldi) - 1 Tablespoon.
5 - Garam Masala - 1 Tablespoon
6 - Salt (Namak)- 1 Tablespoon or add as per taste.
7 - Gram Flour (Besan - Chane Ka Aata) - 300 grams
8 - Oil (Tel) - To shallow fry
9 - Jaggery (Gul) - Optional
10 - White Sesame (Til) - Optional
11 - Water (Paani) - To mix besan.
