Hi guys, now the 2023 Arnold Classic is over I give you my breakdown and review of the top 5 competitors. I was there for both the Fri night pre juding and Sat night finals so got to see the show live and in person.

After the dust has settled I think the best man won so congratulations to Samson Dauda.

Also congratulations to Nick Walker who came in great condition, I know Nick had came into the show to take first place after winning this 2 years ago however he was up against a stacked line up.

Third place went to my good friend Andrew Jacked who had a lot of hype running into this show with a new coach Chris Aceto and trainer Chris Psyco Lewis, all eyes were on Andrew as people were expecting big improvements from his Olympia debut.

Overall a very memorable Arnold Classic with some quality athletes and everyone in the top 6 had brought their A game.
