In a pot, add 1.25 CUPS WATER, a few drops of oil and 2 PACKETS MAGGI NOODLES (without masala). Boil until soft, then strain and cool.
In a kadai, melt 1 TSP BUTTER, sauté 2 CHOPPED GARLIC CLOVES, 2 TBSP ONION, and 1 GREEN CHILLI. Fry for a minute.
Add 1 TBSP EACH of CAPSICUM, CARROT, BEANS, and PEAS. Toss in 2 TBSP PANEER CUBES. Add 1/4 TSP SALT and fry again.
Mix in 1 TBSP CORN FLOUR, the reserved MAGGI MASALA, and pour in 1/4 CUP MILK. Add 1/4 TSP CHILLI FLAKES and OREGANO. Once thick, mix in 1/8 CUP MAYONNAISE and 2 CHEESE SLICES. Stir until smooth and cheesy. Add 1/4 CUP MILK if it's too thick.
Finally, add in your cooked Maggi noodles, mix well, and serve hot with chilli flakes and oregano on top!
