Let me start out by saying that I have so much more to say about my volunteer year but I would have to write a book to go over my whole experience.
Never in one million years would I believe that I could say "I finished a volunteer year in Germany". In the video I talk about the surface level of my volunteer experience in Germany. I go over working hours, how much I got paid, where I worked, and other topics.
My volunteer year was one of the most influential/impactful years of my life in Germany (good & bad). It taught me so much about the German culture and opened my eyes to a lot of things. I did not come out of my volunteer year with a big bank account BUT I did come out with a big heart for Germany!!
