Whats up everyone! In this video I start off surf fishing the NJ surf for fluke using bucktails. The sea robin bite seemed to be red hot where we were fishing. After countless short fluke and sea robin I decided to take 1 sea robin home to really see if this is a trash fish. I’ve never tried sea robin before, but after trying it for the first time I can honestly say that this fish tasted delicious. If you’ve never tried sea robin you are missing out! I hope you enjoy this catch and cook!

Recipe

The crust for the fish

1/3 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/4 cup Almonds, Crushed
2 TB Cilantro, Chopped

For the Stir Fry

8 Baby Bok Choy heads
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Orange Bell Pepper
8oz Cremini Mushrooms
6oz Snow Peas
1/2 Red Onion

1/4 cup Cooking Mirin
2 TB Soy Sauce
1tsp Sesame Oil
2 TB Hoisin
