On today's episode I show you something you have in your kitchen that is great for preventing and treating Mold & White Powder Mildew on your Squash and Cucumber plants. Quick and Easy to mix and apply to your plants. Don't be discouraged if you start seeing this mold fungus growing on you plants. Living in a humid or wet climate you may be prone to this regardless of where you live. Your plants need to dry out as well. Do not water at night or wet the leaves. This will make the problem worse. I will show you how to thin out your plants to create more air flow which will help as well. First of all you will want to cut out any overly affected leaves then apply the organic treatment with a spray bottle. The ratio is 30 oz to 1/2 tblsp baking soda.
