On a project for the CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île de Montréal, demolition revealed roughly 16 ceiling openings, exposing hidden services, structural elements, and decontaminated areas—some with tiles on tracks, others behind the plaster ceiling.

We captured the space in 3D, creating a complete digital record of floor-level conditions and everything revealed above. Now, architects, engineers, and stakeholders can explore the space virtually at any stage—without driving across town, hunting for parking, coordinating access with multiple teams, calling security to open doors, or bringing lights and ladders for every visit.

The outcome: a single, reliable source of truth that saves time, reduces coordination, eliminates unnecessary site visits, lowers rework costs, and improves clarity for every decision.
