Workshop Description: This session will highlight the efforts of Grace Medical Home to create cultural expectations in every facet of the organization and how this effort has boosted staff morale with extremely low turnover during a time of high burnout in the health care sector. This workshop will give practical examples of creating a corporate culture that demonstrates appreciation and commitment to the staff. Panelists will share examples of mentoring and coaching staff as they are internally promoted in accordance with our organizational philosophy of high trust and faith in employees. These efforts have been instrumental in creating a dynamic, fun and close team with high job satisfaction.
