his ride had everything — tough climbs, epic views, and one seriously sketchy descent!

Starting from Whinlatter Pass, I followed the trail along the side of Grisedale Pike, then pushed up toward Hopegill Head for some incredible Lake District scenery. From there, it was across to Whiteside, where things got very steep, loose, and technical!

The Whiteside descent is no joke — rocky, exposed, and demanding every bit of focus. It was challenging, sketchy, and seriously good fun. Easily one of the wildest mountain bike routes I’ve ridden in the Lakes so far!
