Lesley Tao is foremost a PROUD mum, wife, daughter and sister. She use to be a Lawyer working for a magic circle firm (Clifford Chance) in Dubai and before that, worked for an Award Winning Litigation Team in an International City firm in London (Clyde & Co). On the property front, she is an Award Winning Property Investor and currently manages a multi-million pound mixed property portfolio (commercial, retail units, buy-lets, HMOs and SAs) and a Rent to Rent (subleasing) portfolio over 60 units and counting. She is most well known for her achievements with Rent to Rent (R2R) and in particular Rent to Serviced Accommodation (R2SA) which are LOW MONEY DOWN strategies. Lesley has achieved Financial Freedom twice in her life in 2 different countries using the Rent to Rent strategy. The first time was in Dubai and that journey took 2 years, whereas, armed with the same skillset, experience and some education, she accelerated her results when she moved back to the UK in 2018 and this time, it only took her 4 months to achieve financial freedom and 6 months to create £10,000 net cashflow/month. Lesley runs Cashflow Freedom which is a property training company in partnership with Trevor Cutmore. She teaches students about the art of leveraging and creating cashflow and Trevor teaches students how to create capital through purchasing and build properties. Lesley also has a legal consultancy called Cashflow Freedom Compliance and a property sourcing business called Cambridge Sourcing.
