Celeste has great gameplay but most of all, a great soundtrack. One of the best soundtracks in 2018 so far. The structural layers of each track that defines each chapter in the game is what brings its own flavor of electronic music alongside the likes of Magnus Palsson & Thomazz Kauffmann.
In particular, "Reach for the Summit" is the penultimate point of the game where the protagonist "Madeline" overcomes her isolated fears and both her and her inside devil climb the Celeste Mountain all the way up to the top. There hasn't been a single cover on this track until now! So, it appears I'm the only one!
Hope you enjoy the cover as this one is quite extensive. 4 days of recording and approx. 25 hours of editing, this percussion ensemble cover doesn't cover the whole track (which was originally approx 11 mins), it has been abridged and each instrument features it own musical pattern to add more layers to this cover.
