BEST FOOD in PITTSBURGH | Pittsburgh Restaurant Tour

I head out on a restaurant tour to check out the best food in Pittsburgh! Pittsburgh is home to many great restaurants and tasty food all throughout the city. I head to five different restaurants to sample what Pittsburgh has to offer.

1. Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar - Primanti Bros. is one of the most iconic delis in not just Pittsburgh but the entire United States. Their sandwiches are piled high with lots of fries and coleslaw. This is one restaurant where you will not leave hungry!

2. tako - Located in downtown Pittsburgh, tako has some of the best tacos in all of Pittsburgh. There are dining areas inside, outside, and even right at the countertop where you can see the tacos being made fresh in front of you. I was lucky enough to grab a spot right up front!

3. Pamela's Diner - One of the top breakfast spots in Pittsburgh, locals and tourists line up for breakfast at Pamela's Diner every day for some of the best breakfast you will find in Pittsburgh.

4. Pita My Shawarma - Located in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pita My Shawarma serves up some fresh chicken shawarma which is perfect for both dining in (especially outside on a nice, sunny day) or for takeaway.

5. Streets on Carson - Located in the South Side Flats across the Monongahela River, Streets on Carson has a lot of great items to choose from especially a lot of great small plates.
