How to Make the Rocket Chest Plate ACTUALLY WORK in PvP: Destiny 2 Prismatic Titan Build

This build is about getting enough stacks of both Rockets and Snareweaver by getting headshots. Even two rockets is enough to secure the kill with the bow and lots of rockets mean you can kill with a glaive. one the target is down you'll get a Dimond lance to kill the next target, after that its back to being a degenerate bow user for a bit.
