Is FORMULA 1 too BRUTAL?

Is F1 the HARSHEST sport in the world? It is no secret that F1 is a brutal sport in many ways but recently we have seen Daniel Ricciardo replaced by Liam Lawson as well as Logan Sargeant replaced by Liam Lawson. This has made many F1 fans wonder whether F1 teams are sometimes too harsh on their drivers. These F1 drivers have a lot of pressure on them, especially when you have young F1 rookies stepping into the car for the first time and are expected to perform almost immediately.
