How to make Old Fashioned Potato Cakes:
First, take 2 Yukon Gold potatoes (or your favorite) and grate them into a large bowl
Now add 1 teaspoon of salt
Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Add 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
Add 1 tablespoon of onion powder
Add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
Add 1/3 cup of flour
Add 1 tablespoon dry parsley
Add 1 tablespoon parmesan powder
Add 1 large egg
Mix all ingredients together
Pan fry potato cakes until golden on each side
