I've been working on making this video on and off for about a month and I finally finished it. I've been recently passionate about creating cool content on here that helps the juggling community as a whole and anyone who is wanting to become a better juggler. So this is an insight into how I think about practice. This is also one practice in which I decided such things so not all my practices are exactly this way, but they all follow these general lines.
