Mysterio is a very high value champion, with a lot of utility and very high damge. Rank 3 Mysterio is a force of destruction.

A common misconception is that Mysterio can't get any utility if you want his max damage, which is largely untrue. His damage reflect and power drain on the sp 1 and 2 is practically the only "utility" he can't access if you are going for sp 3 for max damage. He still has all his immunities, passive healblock and poison. It is comparable to someone like clairvoyant where you can't get power control and damage on the sp 2 at the same time.
