In this video the relationship between electrical and mechanical angle has been derived and explained.
Electrical Angle = (P/2)*Mechanical Angle
Where, P = Number of Poles of the machines
This concept has been explained by assuming that the flux lines are parallel.
In actual case flux lines are radial. Even if we take radial flux lines B-wave will be closer to sinusoidal. So, by taking this assumption will not affect the concept.
