আজকের ভিডিওতে আমি শেয়ার করছি একেবারে সহজ ঢেঁড়স রেসিপি যা সম্পূর্ণ নিরামিষ এবং পেয়াঁজ রসুন ছাড়া তৈরি করা যায়।
এই রেসিপি ভাত বা রুটি – দু’টির সাথেই দারুণ মানিয়ে যায়।
যারা নিরামিষ খান বা উপবাসের দিনে হালকা খাবার চান, তাদের জন্য এই Bhindi / Ladies Finger Curry একদম পারফেক্ট।

Ingredients:

৩০০ গ্রাম ঢেঁড়স / 300g Lady Finger
২ চা চামচ পোস্ত দানা / 2 tsp Poppy Seeds
২ চা চামচ কালো সরষে / 2 tsp Yellow Mustard Seeds
৪–৫ টি কাঁচা লঙ্কা / 4–5 Green Chillies
জল / Water
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
১ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
১/২ চা চামচ কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
১/২ চা চামচ মৌরি / 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
২ চা চামচ বেসন / 2 tsp Gram Flour
১০০ মিলি সরষের তেল / 100 ml Mustard Oil
১/২ চা চামচ কালো জিরে / 1/2 tsp Black cumin Seeds
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
১/২ চা চামচ কাশ্মীরি লাল লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
৫–৬ টি গোটা কাজু বাদাম / 5–6 Whole Kaju
২ টি মাঝারি মাপের টমেটো পাতলা করে কাটা / 2 Medium Size Tomato Slice
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
১ চা চামচ চিনি / 1 tsp Sugar
কুচোন ধনেপাতা / Chopped Coriander
