Audio-Technica AT2050 Multi-Pattern Mic Review / Test

Описание к видео Audio-Technica AT2050 Multi-Pattern Mic Review / Test

Today I review a multi-pattern XLR condenser microphone from Audio Technica, the AT-2050. This thing has a cardioid, omnidirectional, and bi-directional setting, as well as a -10dB pad and a 80Hz high pass filter. In the cardioid setting, the mic has a broad boost from 2kHz - 12kHz as well as a minor low frequency beginning at around 300Hz. The mix of these characteristics makes it a bright sounding microphone. If you’re looking for that modern bright tone with multiple polar patterns, this may be the right mic for you.
