It is so easy to get from tokyo to Haneda airport. I was hanging out in Minato City for the day. This area is very close to the Asakusa Line. It took me 30 min to get to the airport by jumping on the Asakusa Express Train. Highly recommend that transportation route. Also it was cheap - just a typical train fare. don't buy an uber! save money.
