Today is Day 2 of 5 in the Sourdough Bake-a-Thon!

For October, we will be doing all things pumpkin. We will be using only sourdough discard, no commercial yeast, and minimal fuss. This is highly anticipated because what are we going to make with pumpkins? We have fun experimenting with different ingredients and trying to create a variety using sourdough discard.

This live series is all about baking in real-time with ingredients I have on hand, using sourdough discard only. For the next five days, I’ll be going live daily as we create a sourdough discard recipe from scratch. October is all about quick and easy bakes and most importantly PUMPKIN!

Every recipe is made naturally with sourdough and made with love (and a little movie magic).
