Quantum science residency : artist talk

Conversation with Ben Bogart and Caroline Delétoille, 2024 laureates of the 🇨🇦🇫🇷 “Quantum Studio” residency program.

On the occasion of Caroline Delétoille's residency in Vancouver in November 2024, and with the return of Ben Bogart from his residency in Paris in September 2024, the two residents met in Vancouver and discussed their practices at the intersection between art and science, and the contribution of quantum science to their creative process.

Initiated in 2023 by the cultural services of the Embassy of France in Canada based at the Consulate General in Vancouver, the Quantum Studio residency aims at creating synergies between the artistic, scientific and technological ecosystems of France and British Columbia. It consists of a component in Vancouver in partnership with the Stewart Blusson Quantum Matter Institute (QMI) and the Morris and Helen Belkin Art Gallery and one in Paris in partnership with the CENTQUATRE-Paris and the Quantum Information Center at Sorbonne université. https://vancouver.consulfrance.org/Th...
