➡️Ingredient and method
For Yeast test
Luke warm water 1/3rd cup(80ml).
Yeast 1 Tsp.
Sugar 2 Tbsps.
Mix and leave for 10minutes.
If you are using new packaging than no need to do this .
For Dough
All purpose flour 2 cups sieved.
Salt 1/2 Tsp.
Dry milk powder (Nido)1 & 1/2 Tbsps.
Eggs 1.
Add yeast mixture.
and kneading dough for 5 minutes .
than add 1 and 1/2 Tbsps of oil .
Knead more to make a smooth dough.
Than grease bowl with oil add dough and apply oil from above must , otherwise it will dry while rising and should be well covered.
Give maximum time for rising the dough till 3 to 4 times dough rises.
In Winter may take 3 to 6 hours.
In summer may rise in less than 1 hour.
For Chicken Topping preparation
oil 2 Tbsps.
Chicken bonless in cubes 1 cup or 250grams.
Cook till colour changes to white .
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tsp its homemade check on my YouTube channel Cook with dr Sonia.
Cook more for 1 minute.
Salt 1 Tsp
Red chilli powder 1 Tsp.
Turmeric powder 1/4th Tsp.
Cumin powder 1/2Tsp.
Oregano 1 /2 Tsp.
Mix well and some water 2 to 3 Tbsps.
And cover ,cook on low flame for 7 to 10 minutes.
For Quick Pizza Sauce
Tomato Ketchup 4 to 5 Tbsps.
Oregano 1/2 Tsp.
Chilli flakes 1/2 Tsp .
Salt 1/2 Tsp.
Basil leaves 1/2 Tsp.
mix well and its ready.
When dough rised I made 2 balls ,one for thick crust 9.5inches.
other mini pizza is thin crust.
Make round using dry flour.
Add in pizza pan ,then prick with fork on multiple sides
Apply pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese,than add chicken and veggies.
Again Mozzarella cheese in good quantity.
You can sprinkle Chilli flakes and oregano if you want more spice.
For Baking in Shan Gas Tandoor
Must preheat for 7 to 10 minutes.
Turn on internal burner ,keep on low to medium flame cover and preheat. Adjust pizzas on double grill given with shan gas tandoor.
Than place place grill in Tandoor after preheating,turn flame to low.
cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame, and 5 minutes with off flame.
Then its ready.
Very soft and well rised.
