YouTuber Ravindra Bharati Fined ₹9.5 Crore by SEBI | Fake Finfluencers Episode 24

Ravindra Bharati, a YouTuber with 2 Youtube channels, and an educational institute around Stock Market named RBEIPL. Why was he fined?

Well, multiple violations.

SEBI order states that Ravindra Bharati used his father's Authorized person business to pass on his educational institute clients, lure them into trading and doing things such as:
offering assured returns
inducement
asking for profit sharing
brokerage churning
insider trading and thus, PFUTP
code of conduct
conflict of interest

Ravindra Bharati had his team calling his educational institute clients into opening demat accounts through the AP business and then originating trades, ending up placing orders for them.

SEBI stated that Ravindra Bharati has used his YouTube influence to further his business while exploiting clients.

There was a SEBI inrterim order against Ravindra Bharati a few months back where 12 Crores were penalized. In this new order, Ravindra Bharati has been fined 9.5 Crores along with 20 Lakhs separately under 15 EB & 15HA sections.
