Welcome to Laurel Manor. This beautiful ungated community includes about 100 homes that were built starting in 2015 and finished in 2019.

The amenities in Laurel Manor include 2 lighted tennis courts, a pool, and a small playground.

Lot sizes in Laurel Manor range from about a quarter of an acre to half an acre. And home sizes in Laurel Manor range from around 3.500 sq ft to around 6,600 sq ft.

This community has basement and slab lots as well as 2 and 3 car garages.

Laurel Manor is located in Gwinnett county and is zoned for Buford City Schools. Buford City Schools are among the highest rated public schools in the nation and is a very sought after school cluster.

For those who need to commute to the Atlanta area, Laurel Manor is in a great location. Laurel Manor is about 42 miles to Atlanta and about 50 miles to the airport. In normal traffic, that makes your commute time about 45 minutes and 55 minutes respectively. A nice part about the location of Laurel Manor is that you have quick access to I-985 and can avoid the traffic getting on and off the interstate if I-85 that Buford is known for.

When it comes to entertainment and shopping, Laurel Manor is only about 6 miles, or 12 minutes from the Mall of Georgia, which is the largest mall in the state of Georgia and includes stores like Dillards, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Apple, Barnes & Noble, Belk and more. Surrounding the Mall of Georgia, you will find just about every other major chain store as well, such as Sam’s Club, Costco, Target, Hobby Lobby, and Bestbuy. For entertainment, you are also close to movie theaters, a trampoline park, Top Golf, Andretti Racing, several local parks, Gas South Arena and Coolray Field.

Laurel Manor offers beautiful homes, easy access for commuting and a surplus of shopping and entertainment.
