My modifications:
Stove Top Pressure Cooker in place of an Instant Pot
The meat is 930 g of lean chuck and 70 g of bacon ground using a meat grinder.
12 Roma Tomatoes were diced using a food processor in place of canned tomatoes.
The night before, dry beans were soaked and drained in place of canned beans.
