I never cook like this Until I try it and it so yummy everyone will eat more and will cook this almost everyday because it is easy and cheap

1 can Big Mackerel (natural oil)
1 onion
1 medium carrot
1 medium potato
1 red bell pepper
1 cup chinese celery or kinchay (chopped)
1 tspn salt
1 tspn ground black pepper
2-4 tbspn flour
2 eggs
Oil for frying
Spring roll wrapper
