This blend of herbs, spices, and salt is the perfect complement to the delicate, slightly sweet flavor of cod steaks. I simply season the cod with a generous amount of @uncleclarence, along with a bit of salt and pepper, and then sear it in a hot pan until it's golden brown and crispy on the outside, but still moist and tender on the inside.
