Oak and Iron | Mount Barker | Kawasaki Z650RS motorcycle

This week’s VLOG is a ride from Hahndorf to Echunga and on to Mount Barker

I wanted to check out the pub in Echunga but it seems its up for sale which left the ag store which was advertising coffee and cake however I arrived too late. So, had to move on to Mount Barker which is a larger shopping town. Stopped off at the Oak and Iron next to the cinema complex and just caught the chef as they paused between lunch and dinner at 2pm! Still got a vegan schnitzel. Dull and cold day. Entering Mount Barker through the back roads had me riding past the veterinary practice who had cared for our boy Bob who passed away on the 16th November 2023 at almost 16 years of age. Gone but never forgotten.
