Warhammer 40K: Rogue Trader from Owlcat Games is an excellent CRPG adaptation of the tabletop RPG with the same name - that means it comes with a complex set of rules and systems that are intertwined in ways best explained by a 400 page rulebook, or perhaps this beginner's guide video. In today's guide video, we're going to take a look at some tips and tricks and key considerations when it comes to character creation, and I'll do so with a walkthrough of character sheets and the progression system in the game. Hopefully this guide will not only answer questions about how dodge works, how hit chances are calculated, and why you might want to pick certain upgrades, but it'll help you make better decisions during character creation as well.
