What I eat to lose weight & healthy fast food options!
I have lost over 55 lbs three times! Each time I never gave up fast food. It's just a part of my life and my journey and I don't believe in restriction. Instead I believe in finding a substitute or a healthy option that fits into your diet or lifestyle.
I currently follow a low carb diet and I monitor my calories as well. Each of these fast food options is perfect for a lunch or a dinner and is perfect for my macros. Living my life and eating fast food has been a key factor in how I have been so successful in losing weight AND KEEPING IT OFF.
