Despite the ongoing war in Yemen, the GIZ’s projects and country office are still working and providing their services as always.

The purpose of this short film is to show how GIZ in Yemen is raising awareness of gender topics within its projects and general operations. Moreover, it also shows how the GIZ advocates for gender equality within the company and especially at country level. This is to achieve equal benefits, equal participation and equal opportunities for both, men and women. More importantly, this film focuses on showing how GIZ interventions bring hope to people who are suffering, especially during the current war in Yemen.
