Dal Palak

Ingredients:
½ Cup – Chana Dal (washed and soaked for 1 Hour)
Then add
½ Cup – Toor Dal
¼ Cup – Masoor Dal
Washed 2-3 times and
Take a Pressure Cooker then add above Dal and add
3 Cup – Water
½ tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tsp – Salt
1tbsp – Ghee
Close the Lid and Give 4 Whistle

Take a Big Pan add Water, Boil It then add
1 Bunch or 200 gm - Washed Spinach Leaves
Give 2-3 Boil and Put into Ice Water.
Squeeze it and Chop Finely
Tadka:
1/3 Cup - Oil
½ tbsp – Jeera
2 no – Whole Red Dry Chilli
2 tbsp – Garlic Finely Chopped
2 tbsp – Green Chilly Chopped
1 tbsp – Ginger Chopped
Method:
Heat Everything for 2-3 Min and add
1 no – Onion Chopped
Sauté till golden Color in High Flame then add
½ tsp – Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp – Coriander Cumin Powder
½ tsp – Garam Masala Powder
¼ tsp – Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
Mix Properly then add
2 no – Chopped Tomato
Cook in Slow Flame till Properly Cooked.
Then add Above Spinach, Mix in High Flame, Cook everything 2-3 Min Very Well then add Cooked Dal . Mix Properly then add
1 tsp – Kasoori Methi Crushed
1+1/2 Cup - Water
Cook Properly then add
2 tbsp - Coriander Leaves Chopped
Mix and Make a Tadka

Again Tadka
2 tbsp - Ghee
1 tsp – Jeera
¼ Cup – Fried Brista or Fried Onion
¼ tsp – Hing
½ tsp – Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Mix and Put into Dal, Mix then add
½ no – Lemon Juice

Biri Rice
Take Kadhai then add
1 tbsp – Ghee
½ tsp – Jeera
2 Cup – Cooked Basmati Rice
Salt to taste
1 tbsp – Mint Chopped
1 tbsp - Coriander Leaves Chopped
2 tbsp – Fried Onion Chopped Finely Chopped
1 tbsp – Garlic Fried Finely Chopped
1 tsp – Soaked Saffron (Soaked in Water)
Mix properly and Serve with Dal
